Strength: 5 Sets Of:
1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
Increase weight each set. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

WOD: 5 Minute AMRAP
5 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
5 Toes To Bar or Toes Thru Rings (Notate what you did)
