400m Run (200m)

Set 1:
Partner 1 will do 12 Thrusters
Partner 2 will do 6 MU’s
Partner 1 will run 400m

Set 2:
Partner 2 will do 12 Thrusters
Partner 1 will do 6 MU’s
Partner 2 will run 400m

Continue this order until all 6 sets are completed.
