“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.”

Quite simply, sticking to these rules alone can achieve results, however, we also understand that the subject of nutrition can be overwhelming and everyone of us can get lost in all the information floating out there in the world.

Make no mistake about it, the limiting factor in achieving your health and fitness goals resides in the hours of the day that are not spent training, and the most important factor in those hours, and the element that has the greatest impact on your bodies health, composition and performance is nutrition. Wheather your aim is to gain muscle, lose body fat or just live healthier, the limiting factor is almost always nutrition. Good nutrition is what moves you to your optimal body composition and is also what will improve nearly every health marker that can be tested.

Change your nutrition, and you’ll change your body entirely. Change your nutrition, and you’ll quite literally change your life. It drasticly improves physical recovery and mood, so you can work more efficiently and effectively.
